DOGS: A PASSION FOR LIFE!

I was born with a German Shepherd on my side; adolescent I learned educating working dogs, but as an adult I chose to have English Springer Spaniels to participate to field-trials, which I did all over Europe. Later, without abandoning our Springers, my wife and I fell in love with wire-haired miniature Dachshund of which we had quite a few and some litters and with which we participated to scent and terrier competitions. As spectators we followed many retriever and standing dog competitions, because there is a lot to learn from their particular skills. We added to our experience "agility training' and "dog-carting" (dry-mushing) which is great fun and a great joy for the dogs.
My wife and I spent all our life with dogs and we could not imagine living without them. Educating and training dogs, working and playing with them is our passion. Every visitor is unique; each dog has its own psychology. Becoming his trusted friend, even for a short while, is a challenge, yet it confers us an exclusive and real happiness.
Over the years we've adopted a lovely female German Shepherd and a very intelligent little bastard, both gone now, as are our three Springers. Today we have three lovely girls, rescue-dogs: one kind-of Poodle, one medium-size black devill looking like a shepherd dog and one marvelous spaniel-type little rascal.

1947 / Boy: my first friend and guardian.

1962 / Wolf: My first contest experience, not a difficult one since he already was an obedience champion.

2010 / Winter time, happy time for our dogs: Vip, Zeus and Zorro.
